Amazing place to come relax and have a nice cold drink. Very clean and the restrooms are kept stocked and clean which is greatly appreciated! Staff is prompt, courteous, and have great senses of humor. One of the best places in Sarasota I’d say. Thank you Coleman’s Tavern for the great time and I look forward to many more!

It’s my home away from home bar! One of the best bars in the world! When I’m in Sarasota this is one of my first stops! Great place to bring a pizza and watch the game! The drinks are strong! The crowd is great! Love the darts! Bartenders are the best!

I’ve been going to colemans for a couple years now and love the place. It’s a fun local bar in a convenient location with lots of parking. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They have many “regulars” that are amazing people which gives the bar a warm and neighborly feel to it. Coleman has a nice selection of liquor and beer for their patrons to choose from. They have two pool tables, golden tee, darts, and plenty of TVs for sports. If you haven’t already been I highly recommend checking it out!

I tell everyone I meet that Coleman's Tarvern is the best bar in Sarasota. The regulars treat you like family and are always welcoming to strangers. The drinks are strong and cheap. The staff is absolutely outstanding. Veronica, Zak, Cole, Amanda, Liz, and Big Mike are all uniquely different but great bartenders. I'd rate the bar 10 stars if that was an option.

This is the best dive in town. All of the bartenders are amazing and hospitable. Mike, Liz, Veronica, Brad, and the whole crew treat you like you've been coming there for years. Saturdays for college football are definitely a good time. Come on through when you can.

Great place for a cheap beer. Open late, never too busy that you’ll have to wait long for a drink. Pool tables, electronic dart boards. If you don’t like second hand smoke, you may not like this place. We had a blast there.

I go to this bar, regularly, for three reasons: 1) the bartenders are phenomenal - I walk in the door and am greeted by name, as they set a beer on the bar for me. 2) I never have to worry about some sort of drama or conflict. Any sort of disagreement is handled quickly, and for the most part, discreetly. 3) As a regular, I have come to be friends with quite a few other patrons. The people are friendly, and welcoming. 10/10, I recommend spending your evening watching sports here, with cheap beer, good people, great pool tables, golden tee, and dart boards.

Zak was the master of the DirecTV remote in finding the sports game I needed to see. The drinks were phenomenal and they have all of the sports packages. Bill was also providing great service as well. Will definitely be back!
